ఇవాళ అంతర్జాతీయ పురుషుల దినోత్సవం. కానీ పేపర్లో వ్యాసం లేదు.. టీవీలో ప్రోగ్రాం లేదు’ అనే వాట్సాప్ సందేశం చాలామంది చదివుంటారు. కానీ ఆ రోజు పేపర్లో, టీవీలో ఈ ప్రస్తావన ఎందుకుండదంటే.. అది ఈ రోజు కాబట్టి. నవంబర్ 19న అంతర్జాతీయ పురుషుల దినోత్సవం. తమకూ హక్కులు, కష్టాలు ఉంటాయని చాటుతూ, లింగ వివక్ష తొలగించేందుకు ఉద్దేశించిన రోజు సందర్భంగా.. మగానుభావులందరికీ ‘అంతర్జాతీయ పురుషుల దినోత్సవ’ శుభాకాంక్షలు.

హిందూవులు ఎలా నడచుకోవాలి?

హిందూమతం చాలా పవిత్రమైంది. ”మేమే గొప్ప” లాంటి కుంచిత భావాలకు ఆస్కారం లేని మతం ఇది. హిందూ ధర్మాలు, నమ్మకాలు అందరికీ ఉపయుక్తమైనవి, అనుసరణీయం అయినవి. కనుక అందరూ ఆచరించాల్సిన, అనుసరణీయం అయిన హిందూ ధర్మాలను, ముఖ్యమైన సూత్రాలను తెలుసుకుందాం.

త్రిమూర్తులను ఆరాధిస్తాం. (One Trinity: Brahma, Vishnu, Maheshwara) ఇంకా అనేక దేవతా మూర్తులను ఆరాధిస్తాం. (Several divine forms)
కోట్లకొద్దీ ఉన్న జీవరాశుల్లో మానవ జన్మ మహోత్కృష్టమైంది. అందుకే మానవ సేవే మాధవసేవ అన్నారు. తోటి మనుషులకు సహాయం చేస్తే అది దేవునికి సేవ చేయడంతో సమానమౌతుంది.
ప్రేమతో ప్రశాంతత చిక్కుతుంది. సర్వం జయించవచ్చు.
అనేక మత విశ్వాసాలు మంచినే ప్రబోధిస్తాయి. ప్రయోజనకరంగానే ఉంటాయి. వాటిని అందరూ అనుసరించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతోనే ఆచారాలుగా నిర్దేశించారు.
హిందూమతంలో మూడు చాలా ముఖ్యమైనవి. వాటి గురించి క్షుణ్ణంగా తెలుసుకుని నడచుకోవాలి. నదుల్లో కెళ్ళా పరమ పవిత్రమైనది గంగానది. గంగానదిలో స్నానం చేస్తే తెలిసీ తెలీక చేసిన పాపాలన్నీ తొలగిపోతాయి. భగవద్గీత అత్యంత పవిత్ర గ్రంధం. గీతను అర్ధం చేసుకుని ఆచరించాలి. గీతా పారాయణం చేయడం ఉత్తమం. మంత్రాల్లో కెల్లా ఉత్తమోత్తమమైంది గాయత్రీ మంత్రం. గాయత్రీ మంత్ర స్మరణతో సర్వ సంపదలూ ప్రాప్తిస్తాయి.(Knowledge of 3 important rituals.. that is Ganga sacred river, Bhagavad Gita sacred script, Gayatri sacred mantra)
ఆచరించాల్సిన ప్రధాన అంశాలు
సత్యాన్నే పలకాలి. (Truth)
అహింస పాటించాలి. (Non-violence)
బ్రహ్మచర్యాన్ని అనుసరించాలి. Brahmacharya (Celibacy, non-adultery)
ఇతర్ల వస్తువులను చేజిక్కించుకోవాలనే ఆలోచన గానీ, దొంగిలించాలనే ఉద్దేశం గానీ ఉండకూడదు. (No desire to possess or steal)
ఎలాంటి మోసపూరితమైన ఆలోచన గానీ లేకుండా త్రికరణ శుద్ధిగా నిజాయితీగా ఉండాలి. (Non-corrupt)
మనోవాక్కాయ కర్మల్లో చిత్తశుద్ధి ఉండాలి. (Cleanliness)
సంతోషం ఎక్కడో ఉండదని, మనలోనే ఉంటుందని తెలుసుకుని ఆనందంగా ఉండేందుకు ప్రయత్నించాలి. (Contentment)

పెసరపప్పుతో చిన్న చిట్కాను పాటిస్తే చాలు ఎలాంటి జ్వరమునైన తగ్గించవచ్చు

కేంద్ర హోం శాఖ సంచలన ప్రకటన చేసింది. దేశంలో ఇప్పుడు కూడా 40 వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల నల్లధనం చెలామణిలో ఉందని కేంద్ర హోంశాఖ తెలిపింది. అయితే నోట్ల రద్దు వల్ల పాక్, బంగ్లాదేశ్ సరిహద్దుల గుండా దేశంలోకి వచ్చే 400 కోట్ల రూపాయల నకిలీ నోట్లకు అడ్డుకట్ట పడిందని వెల్లడించింది. 40 వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల్లో 800 కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఉగ్రవాదులకు అందుతున్నాయి. వేర్పాటువాదులకు, హింసాత్మక చర్యలకు 30 కోట్ల రూపాయలు వెచ్చిస్తున్నారని హోంశాఖ గుర్తించింది. నక్సలైట్లు తమ కార్యకలాపాలకు 350 కోట్ల రూపాయలు వినియోగిస్తున్నారని హోంశాఖ వర్గాలు తెలిపాయి. ఖలిస్తాన్‌కు కూడా కోట్ల రూపాయలు వెచ్చిస్తున్నారని హోం శాఖ ప్రగటించింది.

అతి త్వరలో నోట్ల మార్పిడి నిలిపివేసే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఈ నెల 24లేదా అంతకంటే ముందే నోట్ల మార్పిడిని నిలిపివేస్తారని తెలుస్తోంది. అయితే అకౌంట్లు కలిగి ఉన్నవారు మాత్రం తమ అకౌంట్లలో పాత నోట్లను జమ చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఆ తర్వాత చెక్ లేదా ఏటీఎం కార్డు ద్వారా డబ్బు డ్రా చేసుకోవచ్చు. లావాదేవీలు నిర్వహించుకోవచ్చు. ఈ నెల 24లోపే దీనిపై కేంద్ర ఆర్ధిక శాఖ నిర్ణయం తీసుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది. నగదు రహిత లావాదేవీలే లక్ష్యంగా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈ చర్యలకు ఉపక్రమిస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం. హైదరాబాద్‌లో ఇప్పటికే కొన్ని బ్యాంకులు పాత నోట్లను వారివారి ఖాతాల్లోనే వేసుకోవాలని కస్టమర్లకు సూచిస్తున్నాయి. నోట్ల మార్పిడిని దాదాపుగా అడ్డుకుంటున్నాయి.

While the main half is for the most part dedicated to opinion, the second half is all of a sudden action squeezed. Besides, movement, I mean guns, murders, revolt cops – the works. So the minutes in the groupings between Naga Chaitanya and Manjima will desert you with something you'd have to confer and discuss to your loved one later. నగదు మార్పిడి కోసం ఈనెల 13న సాయినగర్‌ స్టేట్‌బ్యాంకు వద్దకు వచ్చిన కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగిపై పోలీసుల మూకుమ్మడి దాడిపై సర్వత్రా విమర్శలు వ్యక్తమవుతున్నాయి. పోలీసుల వ్యవహరించిన తీరుపై సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో ప్రజల నుంచి తీవ్ర అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తమవుతోంది. అసలు ఆరోజు ఏమైంది.? తొలుత తప్పు చేసింది ఎవరు? తప్పు చేసిన వారికి శిక్షలు ఉండవా? అనే ప్రశ్నలు ఉత్పన్నమవుతున్నాయి.

వైఎస్సార్‌ కడప జిల్లా కమలాపురం మండలానికి చెందిన మాధవరెడ్డి స్థానిక ఎస్కేయూ క్యాంపస్‌లో భారత వాతవరణ పరిశోధన కేంద్రంలో టెక్నికల్‌ విభాగంలో పనిచేస్తున్నారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 500, రూ. 1000 నోట్లు రద్దు చేస్తూ తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయంతో ఆయన డబ్బుల కోసం తీవ్ర ఇబ్బంది పడినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఈనెల 13న సాయినగర్‌ స్టేట్‌ బ్యాంకు వద్దకు వచ్చారు. ఆ సమయంలో టూటౌన్‌ ఎస్‌ఐ జనార్దన్‌ అనుచితంగా మాట్లాడడంతో మాధవరెడ్డి కోపోద్రిక్తుడైనట్లు సమాచారం.

ఈ ఘటనలో తొలుత పోలీసులదే తప్పు అని స్థానికులు అభిప్రాయం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. సాధారణ దుస్తుల్లో ఉండే వ్యక్తి పోలీసులపై చేయి చేసుకోవడం అసంభవం. అలాంటిది ఏకంగా ఎస్‌ఐపైనే దాడి చేశాడంటే అంతకుముందు ఏం జరిగింటుందనే ప్రశ్నలు ఉత్పన్నమవుతున్నాయి.  నిమిషాల్లో ఈ ఘటన జరిగిపోయింది. అసలు ఏం జరిగిందనే అంశం కూడా ఎవరికీ తెలియకుండా పోలీసులంతా అతడిని గొడ్డును బాదినట్లు బాదుకుంటూ తీసుకుపోయారు. ఆ తర్వాత ప్రయత్నించినప్పటికీ మీడియా కాదు కదా ఆయన భార్యను కూడా మాట్లాడేందుకు అనుమతి ఇవ్వలేదు. ‘మా ఆయన ఎస్‌ఐను కొట్టాడని చెబుతున్నారు. ఎట్టి పరిస్థితిలో కొట్టి ఉండరు. ఆయన మధుస్వభావి. ప్రస్తుతం ఎక్కడున్నాడో కూడా తెలపడం లేదు. అంటూ ఘటన జరిగిన రోజు మాధవరెడ్డి భార్య కన్నీంటి పర్యంతమయ్యారు.
ఈ ఘటనలో పోలీసులంతా ఏకమై ఏకపక్షంగా వ్యవహరించారనే అభిప్రాయం వ్యక్తమవుతోంది. త్రీటౌన్‌ సీఐ గోరంట్ల మాధవ్‌ అయితే ఆవేశంతో ఊగిపోయారు. ఆ కొట్టడం చూస్తే  గొడ్డును కూడా ఆ స్థాయిలో కొట్టరేమో అనక మానరు. ఆయన ఆ విధంగా రెచ్చిపోయారు. ఇది కేవలం వందలాది మంది ప్రజల సమక్షంలోనే. స్టేషన్‌లో రెండు రోజుల పాటు కస్టడీలో పెట్టుకున్న పోలీసులు కౌన్సిలింగ్‌ ఏ స్థాయిలో ఉంటుందో అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఆయన కూడా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగి. ఈ ఘటనలో బాధితుడి నుంచి  ఫిర్యాదు తీసుకోరా? అనే ప్రశ్న ఉత్పన్నమవుతోంది. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగి మాధవరెడ్డిపై మాత్రం మూడు సెక్షన్ల కింద కేసు నమోదు చేశారు.  స్టేషన్‌ బెయిల్‌పై ఆయనను సోమవారం విడుదల చేసినట్లు సమాచారం.
 సాయినగర్‌ స్టేట్‌ బ్యాంకు వద్ద జరిగిన ఘటనపై విచారణ బాధ్యతలు నాకు అప్పగించారు. అసలు ఆ రోజు జరిగిందనే విషయంపై లోతుగా ఆరా తీస్తున్నాం. త్వరలో నివేదికను ఉన్నతాధికారులకు అందజేస్తాం. -  నరసింగప్ప, డీఎస్పీ, ట్రాఫిక్‌ పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్‌

ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం వల్ల సామాన్యులు ఇబ్బంది పడుతున్నారు. ఆదివారం జరిగిన ఘటనలో ఇరువర్గాల వారిది తప్పు ఉంది. సహనం కోల్పోయి ఎస్‌ఐపై దురుసుగా వ్యవహరించడం మాధవరెడ్డి అనే వ్యక్తి తప్పు అయితే ఆ రకంగా పోలీసులంతా కలిసి చితకబాదడడం భాధాకరం, మాధవరెడ్డిపై పోలీసులు ఏ కేసు నమోదు చేస్తారో.. పోలీసులపై కూడా అవే సెక్షన్ల కింద కేసు నమోదు చేయాలి. - హరినాథ్‌రెడ్డి, పౌరహక్కుల సంఘం నాయకుడు, న్యాయవాది
