Nissan India has started taking pre-bookings for the GT-R which was earlier set to launch on November 9. However, due to unknown reasons, the launch has been delayed till December 2, 2016. Earlier, the new GT-R was showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo, New Delhi. Being a benchmark for good acceleration, the car can sprint from standstill to 100kmph in just 2 seconds with a top speed of 315.4 kmph. The GT-R is powered by a 3.8-litre twin turbo V6 engine that churns a power output of 554bhp at 6,400rpm and 632Nm of torque in-between 3,200 to 5,800rpm. The car gets a black grille and GT-R badge at the front and four big round tail lights with four exhaust tips wrapped in chrome at the rear to complement the car with a sportier look.
